Donation relief
Donations to the Foundation are deductible in Personal Income Tax or Corporate Tax
For individuals, the tax deduction is 80% for the first 150€ donated and an additional 35% for amounts above. In the case of legal entities, donations are tax deductible at 35% in general and 40% if they are multi-annual donations to the same entity for a minimum period of three years.

How to reflect the personal income tax deduction of my contributions?
In your draft tax return for individuals, check box 723 of Annex A.2 where your deductions for donations to foundations or NGOs will be reflected. This box should show the amount to be tax deductible for the total of all your donations to foundations and NGOs during the previous year.
